About You Glow Girl

Welcome to You Glow Girl — a vibrant, empowering community dedicated to helping girls ages 9–13 discover their inner glow. Our mission is to create a safe, joyful space where every girl feels confident, celebrated, and supported as she navigates the journey of growing up.

At the heart of You Glow Girl is our incredible team of certified professionals, including registered nurses, estheticians, yoga instructors, educators, life coaches, and cosmetologists. Together, we design events and workshops that encourage self-care, self-expression, and sisterhood, helping girls build lifelong friendships and step into their full potential.

One of our signature events, the You Glow Girl Party, focuses on the exciting journey of puberty, guiding girls through the changes their bodies will undergo in a positive, supportive environment. Through open discussions and expert-led sessions, we help girls feel informed, prepared, and confident about their bodies and their futures.
