Our signature event, the You Glow Girl Party, is a vibrant celebration of self-care, growth, and girlhood! We bring in certified professionals — including registered nurses, yoga instructors, educators, life coaches, estheticians, and cosmetologists — to guide our girls through fun, interactive sessions on self-love, skincare, and hair care. The highlight of the event is our open and supportive discussions about periods and puberty, helping every girl navigate these important milestones with confidence and a smile.
Every experience here is crafted to uplift and inspire young girls, offering a safe space to grow and flourish. Together, we are building a supportive network of friends who encourage one another.

Led by a certified yoga instructor, this calming session helps girls connect with their bodies, practice mindfulness, and find their inner peace. It’s a beautiful moment to stretch, breathe, and feel grounded.
Guided by a life coach and educator, this interactive workshop focuses on positive self-talk, goal-setting, and recognizing personal strengths. Through fun games and meaningful reflection, girls leave feeling empowered and proud of who they are.
An esthetician teaches the basics of healthy skincare, from how to wash your face properly to choosing gentle products for young skin. Girls will enjoy a mini facial experience and learn tips for glowing from the inside out.
A professional cosmetologist walks girls through age-appropriate hair care tailored to different textures and styles. From wash day routines to protective styles, every girl will feel celebrated and seen.
Led by a registered nurse, this open and supportive session creates a safe space to learn about menstrual health, body changes, and emotional wellness during puberty. Girls can ask questions and walk away feeling informed, prepared, and confident.
